This is a humorous glossary of high fantasy terms. I didn't actually read it, but skimmed it for differences from the 1998 DAW massmarket edition (ISBN: 0-88677-832-8). A list of other Tough Guides was added (The Tough Guide to Boating on Mars is particularly timely). The map has been redrawn, but not significantly altered (biggest change was giving it a normal compass rose). There is now a legend for the icons accompanying the entries (a completely new set) but the illustrations are gone. The old entries don't seem to have been touched, other than using British spellings, changes in which entries are plural, and cross-references added or removed. The following entries have been added:
Armageddon
How to Compose a Ballad
Green Man
What to Order at an Inn
Lost Lands
What to Pack for Your Tour

What to do When Taking the Second Brochure of Your Tour
Soul
Transformation
Vegetation
How to Interact With Wizards

Except for "Lost Lands" and "Soul", the new entries were printed white on black to make them easy to spot.
