Suzanne Enoch, Flirting With Danger
Avon (2005) ISBN: 0-06-059363-6
Score: 1.5

First in a romantic mystery series (no SFnal elements except the main characters' lust). She's a very good art thief, he's a very good art collector; everything would've been fine if weren't for other people dying messily. Enjoyable and fast paced, with interesting and intelligent characters (when they weren't thinking about sex, which wasn't very often).

Next Book: Elaine Isaak, The Singer's Crown

That comment was somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but it really is extraordinary lust; both of them comment repeatedly on how their remarkably high self-control is powerless against it.
