Rebecca Stott, Ghostwalk

A novel about some modern murders which may have a supernatural link with some deaths that were somehow connected to Isaac Newton. That last part is what made me pick it up, but I put it down again after the first couple chapters managed to be both boring and confusing (it's in media res while avoiding anything exciting or informative). It didn't help that the narrator insisted on writing out her whole name and the whole name of the person she's writing to in every single chapter.
